Mr. Kramer goes to Washington. And makes a timelapse

I had the chance to visit the nation's capital earlier this week, and tried my hand at taking some timelapse footage. I would love to continue to capture these, as it's really insightful to see the movement of people, clouds, etc. over an extended amount of time. And it also looks really cool.
